What size case do I get?

Do you only do iPhone cases?

Yes, at the moment, but we are happy to do custom cases for other phones, let us know what phone you have and we can look into it for you! You can reach us by using the chat bot at the bottom right or by messaging us on Instagram :)

 

Where are the phone cases made?

The phone cases are all manufactured in the Netherlands and designed in the UK.

 

Do you do collaborations?

Absolutely! If you are interested please message on Instagram @ag00dcall or email us!

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are only available if you choose tracked international shipping, if you are in the United Kingdom you will not receive a tracking number.

 

Do you do custom/personalised orders?

No, we do not! We are happy to do custom cases for other phones, for example if you have a Google, Samsung, Huawei etc, let us know what phone you have and we can look into it for you! But we do not do custom designs.

 

Do you do returns?

We accept returns if the product has been damaged or if you ordered the wrong size, it has to be within 30 days of purchase and the item has to be in the same condition that you received it. When we have received your return we will refund you within 5-7 working days. We do not fund the shipping cost.
